This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.

I’m a man from Maple Falls WA US, born in 95.

My goals are: To remain in shape in my arms and legs. Some of my long term goals may involve the Boston Marathon and the Cascade Crest 100. Aside from that I\’m mainly just one step at a time.

My other favorite activities include: Weight lifting.
